Our engineers have been trained by the vendors to ensure our support is second to none. We are the only advanced replacement warranty centre for many of our vendors. We offer a number of installation options from pre configs to full onsite installation to ensure your purchase is installed correctly.

Phone and email based technical support for our resellers is free. Onsite support is an additional charge, please refer to the prevailing Networld Systems Services price list for pricing.
But what about hardware?
Standard vendors warranty applies to all our products which in some cases might take some time if it is a Return To Base (RTB) warranty. If you need Next Business Day Hardware Replacment (NBDHR) or 24x7x4 hour response for failed hardware, these are available for most of our products, please refer to the Networld Systems price list for details of our SafetyNet service.
Installation Services
Networld Systems also provides a range of installation services from pre-configuration service through to fully customised and priced secure rollouts. Our most popular solutions are the Fixed Priced Installations, these services give you the confidence of a fixed price contract.
